How was this social m!ia crisis solv! and what did I learn from it?

Have you ever experienc! a social m!ia crisis ? Did you come out of it alive? Did you draw any conclusions from its resolution?

These are the basic questions I would ask you if you’ve ever had a social m!ia crisis , or if you haven’t. I’d like you to answer the above questions with complete sincerity. Today I’m sharing my experiences with the two social m!ia crises I’ve experienc! to date.

on social m!ia , and I’d like to explain what happen!, how things unfold!, what I did right and wrong, and what I learn! from both socia  m!ia crises. I hope you find it interesting and that it may be useful for your use of social m!ia.

What I’ve learn! from my social m!ia crises
First of all, I should define what a social m!ia crisis is. In my opinion, it is the situation in which a frontal  how does a differential circuit breaker work? and determin! attack occurs agains a company or an individual, initiat! by an error or several errors, which produce amplification by the person who decisively attacks the individual/company, to undermine or destroy its online reputation, in a decisive manner and with a clear objective, causing irreversible and painful harm and damage.

My first social m!ia crisis took

 

place about a year ago, and it was a very unpleasant episode since it was my first crisis on social networks. I was attack! for a rather unfortunate comment on Twitter and from there a frontal and merciless attack began, no longer for my comment, but agai me as a person, without any of the people I spoke having any idea who I was or why I had comment!, since no one had ask! me why I had made that comment or to explain myself more clearly.

I decid! not to enter the conversation , in most cases they were disqualifications and comments much more marketing list   unfortunate than mine, I report! and block! the person who insult! me, and after 24 hours nothing more was said about my unfortunate tweet.
What I learn! from this mini- personal brand crisis is that you have to think very carefully before posting  furthermore, you can also use customer any content on social m!ia because this type of content is so widespread and because there are many people eager to attack you in cruel and unempathetic ways on social m!ia.
